Why it matters
Building Effective Referral Systems
It is important for health centers and youth-serving organizations to build formal relationships and develop effective referral systems to ensure young people are aware of and able to access care. We work with health centers, schools, and community-based organizations to develop and implement strategies to best connect young people in their community to needed health services.
